Where can I get the best deal on an iphone in Australia?

Where is the best place to buy a new one? Someone told me I should just get an ipod touch and keep using my old phone. Is it true than an ipod touch does everything an iphone does except phone calls? What do you think about buying a used iphone? Is it even realistic? Where should I look?

    Just get the Ipod Touch!
    It’s really kool. I have one. It comes with internet, youtube, but you have to use your internet router, you can get heaps of free apps from itunes store which are really kool. Its has like everythinn on there, msn, facebook, you can get them by downloading the Ipod Touch ebuddy version. It’s like exactly like the Iphone except you can’t call…But still, Ipod is better. Keep your old phone. GET THE IPOD. [:
